Booking and Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment a non refundable deposit for first time clients will be required at the time of booking. Please give at least 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients. Giving this notice will enable us to reschedule your treatment to a more convenient time. Failure to give at least 24hrs notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit or 50% of the value of your gift voucher. We do not charge missed appointments at the full rate because we do not keep any card details once you have paid your deposit. Clients who have previously missed 2 or more appointments will be asked to pay in full when booking for a treatment.

Please arrive 5 mins before your treatment time to allow yourself time to complete our client details form. All personal details taken from clients will be kept secure and held in the strictest confidence.
A perfect gift for all occasions, gift vouchers are available by phone or at reception in the shop. Valid for 6 months from purchase. Gift voucher treatments are subject to our usual booking & cancellation policy. Failure to give at least 24hrs notice will result in forfeiting of 50% of the value of your gift voucher.
