This particular session we will be focusing on activating our third eye.

The third eye is found in many beliefs, including Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism and even Egypt. According to religious texts originating in ancient India, the third eye, or the ajna chakra, is located on the brow at the tip of your thumb when the knuckle is placed on the bridge of the nose. It is the centre of spirituality and enlightenment.

When our third eye in blocked it can result in lack of concentration and focus, so when it is blocked, we may have trouble staying on task. The third eye chakra is associated with spiritual awakening and higher consciousness. When our third eye is blocked we have trouble communicating with our higher self.

Effects of a activated third eye:

You may experience a tingling sensation between your eyebrows, changes in vision, or increased foresight. Mentally, there’s often a newfound clarity of thought, an ability to transcend ordinary thinking, and a feeling of being more in tune with your intuition.What are the abilities of the third eye? Focusing on this chakra assists in visualizing and understanding the world beyond desires and distractions.

Traditional Shacapa Cleanse:

As many of the practices Jade uses are based on Shamanism and orginate from Peru, Brazil and the Amazon, she provides a very special aura cleanse with this session. Shacapa’s are a healing tool used throughout Peru, for clearing the energetic field and bringing in blessings to the body. They are made from the leaves of the Freshgrass family Parianastenolemma TUTIN (Huairasacha), native to the Amazon region, which are collected from the floor of this sacred rainforest.

How Sound Heals:

The frequency and vibration of sound, have been used for thousands of years to assist us in changing our brain waves. This is called brainwave entrainment. Many of us find it very difficult to let go especially difficult to get our brains in a meditative state. When we are thinking like this is, it is called beta waves. The sound frequencies that Jade uses, includes and not limited too; the gong, crystal bowls, shamanic drum, harp, chimes and rattles. These particular instruments can promote, alpha brain waves that induce feelings of calm, increase creativity, and enhance your ability to absorb new information. As the session continues, even more deep relaxing states can occur resulting in theta and delta waves.

Many have reported that the sounds make it much easier for the mind go into a meditative state, than using meditation alone.

It is a healing ceremony on a spiritual level that will open you to connections and help you examine yourself without the concern of a psychedelic trip. It has been used for thousands of years and it’s very possible many more thousands, by indigenous tribes, Mayans and Aztecs to assist in healing matters of the heart. We will be using the cacao energy along with intention to bring manifestations into our reality.
